Marchai Hudson is a Community Health Worker with Nurture KC. Previously, she was a housing case manager with SAVE Inc. helping to secure and maintain stable housing for the homeless community. “Housing is a basic human right -- just as a mother having the resources she needs to help her baby and herself succeed is also a basic human right,” Marchai says. “I am passionate about helping mothers overcome barriers.” She graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Child and Family Studies. In her spare time, Marchai enjoys spending time with those she loves and taking care of her dog, Eve.
