Keynote Speaker: Pamela Merritt

Pamela Merritt is the Executive Director of Medical Students For Choice (MSFC). Pamela’s career reflects her dedication to expanding access to reproductive healthcare, including abortion. With more than 12 years of leadership in the reproductive justice space, Pamela worked tirelessly to advance progressive policy through advocacy and outreach at Planned Parenthood Advocates in Missouri and Progress Missouri. Most recently, she co-founded and served as the co-director of Reproaction, a national organization that leads bold action to increase access to abortion and advance reproductive justice. As a proud Midwesterner, Pamela knows all too well the impact a lack of trained abortion providers has on abortion access. Pamela brings her organizing and communications expertise and her commitment to dismantling reproductive oppression to MSFC and continues to create tomorrow’s abortion providers and pro-choice physicians.
