Lots of news to share in our March Update: Announcing AdventHealth South Overland Park as our latest Safe Sleep Champion; Improving Black Maternal Health with Representative Sharice Davids; Celebrating our Mother’s Voice support group; Championing maternal and infant health; and Supporting Women’s History Month by advocating for equity, diversity and inclusion.

Good vibes all around, as we took part in this event, “Love, friendship and mental health in the Hispanic community.” Nurture KC offers our “Mother’s Voice” support group (in Spanish and English) for moms we serve through Healthy Start. Thanks to Gloria Medimburu, counselor for our Spanish-speaking moms, for sharing her insights at this special event!
