It’s World Immunization Week

A landmark study to be published by The Lancet shows global immunizations have saved an estimated 154 million lives (that’s 6 lives every minute of every year) during the past 50 years. The vast majority of lives saved – 101 million – were those of infants. Read more here. The Lancet Group is a collection of 24 medical and health journals.
