MCHC Weather Policy

Please be advised that if the Kansas City, Missouri schools are closed due to weather conditions, all MCHC meetings are automatically cancelled for the day. Please check the local news for this information before heading out to any meetings. There will generally NOT be a message sent out from the Coalition.

For special events or Quarterly meetings, the committee/task force responsible for planning the event will decide during the planning process whether or not to implement the weather policy on a day that a particular event is to take place, and will publicize that information in advance. Unless you have received a message to this effect, you should assume the meeting is canceled.
